AI curriculum that maps to your program.
License practical, project-grounded AI courses for your continuing-education division, undergraduate electives, applied programs, or credit-bearing pathways. Built for Canadian universities, US colleges, polytechnics, and bootcamps.
Three outcomes deans and program directors actually buy.
We don't pitch "AI courses." We pitch measurable program outcomes — and the curriculum to deliver them.
Generate new revenue
Stand up an applied-AI continuing-education program with a turnkey curriculum — months, not years. White-label on your domain, brand on every certificate.
Boost student outcomes
Equip students with the AI skills employers are actually paying for right now. Project-grounded lessons that produce real work, not memorized terminology.
Modernize without rebuilding
Bolt our curriculum onto existing electives, bootcamps, or CE tracks. LMS-integrated (SCORM, xAPI). Your instructors stay in control; we hand them the materials.
Everything an institution actually needs to launch.
Modular scope — pick what you need, leave what you don't.

How does pricing work for institutional licensing?
Site-license pricing scoped to your program size and modules used. We don't publish per-seat rates — pricing scales with cohort count and scope (white-label, LMS integration, custom content). Book a walkthrough for a quote.
Will this compete with the AI or CS courses we already offer?
No — it sits alongside. AICS is the applied / project layer. Your existing courses teach students to think; ours teach them to ship. Most partners use this as an elective or capstone that complements their core curriculum rather than replacing any of it. We will not displace existing faculty workloads.
What do our faculty get out of partnering with you?
Three things. (1) Pre-built lesson assets they can drop into office hours and tutorials instead of writing from scratch. (2) Faculty training so they can teach AI tools without becoming engineers. (3) Co-author credit on any custom curriculum extensions we develop with your department. Faculty stay in front of the room — we hand them the materials.
What happens if a cohort doesn't meet enrollment minimums?
There are no per-cohort minimums in our standard licensing. Pricing is site-license, not per-seat — so a smaller-than-expected first cohort doesn't trigger penalties or shortfall billing. We co-design your launch marketing during onboarding to de-risk first-cohort enrollment.
Can we issue our own certificates and credit?
Yes. Certificates are co-branded under your imprint and the AICS Academy mark. For credit-bearing programs, we provide the curriculum mapping documentation your articulation/registrar process requires.
Which LMS do you integrate with?
Standards-based via SCORM 1.2/2004 and xAPI — so Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Open edX, and Cornerstone all work. Custom integrations available on request.
Do you support French-language delivery?
English is the default. French-Canadian transcript and dubbing pipelines available on partner request; lead-time depends on course length and is discussed in discovery.
Can we modify or extend the curriculum?
Yes — three levels: (1) use as-is, (2) localize with your branding and case studies, (3) co-develop net-new content with our content team. Pricing varies by scope.
Who owns student data?
You do. We are a curriculum and platform provider, not a data broker. Student records and PII stay in your LMS / SIS unless you opt into our analytics pipeline.
Is the platform compliant with privacy regulations?
Yes. Canadian PIPEDA-aligned and FERPA-aware (US). Detailed compliance documentation available under NDA during discovery.
How quickly can a program launch?
Standard timeline is 30–60 days from contract to live cohort. Pilots can launch sooner; deeply customized programs take longer. Discovery call confirms timeline up front.
