Our platform is designed to align with Canadian privacy principles, including those set out in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
PIPEDA is administered by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC). Additional information is available at: https://www.priv.gc.ca
For healthcare, clinic, and health-adjacent workflows, the platform supports PHIPA-aware configurations such as role-based access, auditability, and data minimization. Customers remain responsible for determining whether PHIPA or other provincial health legislation applies to their use.

AI features within the platform are designed to support transparency and human oversight.
Customer data is not used to train shared or public AI models.
Each customer environment is logically isolated. Data is processed solely to provide services to that customer, in accordance with platform configuration.
AI Canadian Solutions uses reputable cloud infrastructure providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), to host and process platform data.
Where available, data may be stored or processed in Canadian regions. Certain services or sub-processors may operate outside Canada. Customers acknowledge that cloud-based services may involve cross-border data flows.
The platform may integrate with third-party services to enable functionality such as communications, scheduling, hosting, or analytics.
These providers operate under their own contractual terms and privacy policies. AI Canadian Solutions selects service providers using reasonable diligence and limits access to what is necessary to deliver services.
The platform implements administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the services provided.
While no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, AI Canadian Solutions maintains procedures to identify, assess, and respond to security incidents.
Customers are responsible for meeting any notification or reporting obligations applicable to their business or profession.
Customers may upload documents, files, recordings, or other materials as part of platform workflows.
Customers retain ownership of uploaded content and are responsible for determining whether such content is appropriate for storage or processing using the platform.
