These Terms govern access to and use of the AI Canadian Solutions platform and related services.
These Terms apply to businesses, professionals, and organizations that subscribe to and use the AI Canadian Solutions platform (βCustomer(s)β). End clients or third parties interacting with AI systems deployed by Customers are governed by the Customerβs own policies and agreements.
By accessing or using the AI Canadian Solutions platform, websites, applications, or services (collectively, the βPlatformβ), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, organization, or professional practice, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
AI Canadian Solutions provides software tools that enable businesses to deploy AI-assisted communication, automation, analytics, and workflow management, including but not limited to:
The Platform is a technology solution only. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, lending, or professional advice.
You are solely responsible for how the Platform is configured and used within your business. This includes responsibility for:
AI Canadian Solutions does not monitor or verify the legality of your specific workflows, scripts, or communications.
The Platform may allow users to upload, store, transmit, or process documents, files, images, recordings, or other materials ("User Content") as part of normal business workflows.
You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By uploading or submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant AI Canadian Solutions a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to upload and process User Content, including where such content contains personal, confidential, or regulated information.
AI Canadian Solutions does not review, verify, or validate User Content and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or compliance of materials uploaded by users. You remain solely responsible for determining whether uploaded content is appropriate for storage or processing within the Platform.
Users must not upload content that is unlawful, malicious, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by applicable laws or professional obligations.
AI features within the Platform generate responses based on customer-provided configuration, data, and instructions. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in certain contexts.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content must be reviewed and validated by a human where accuracy, compliance, or professional judgment is required.
Platform data is hosted using industry-standard cloud infrastructure providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS). Where available, data may be processed or stored in Canadian data regions; however, certain infrastructure or service components may operate outside Canada.
You acknowledge that internet-based services inherently involve data transmission across networks and jurisdictions.
The Platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services for functionality such as communications, scheduling, hosting, or analytics.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. AI Canadian Solutions is not responsible for the availability, performance, or compliance of third-party services.
AI Canadian Solutions implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Platform data. No system, however, can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cloud-based software services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Canadian Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of the Platform.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of business, regulatory penalties, professional liability, or reputational harm.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Canadian Solutions from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, including misuse of AI features or violation of applicable laws.
AI Canadian Solutions may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms or misuse of services.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease, subject to applicable data retention and export provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
